My name is George Morse. I’ve always been a “take charge” kind of guy. I’m 45, married, have three kids and a cat. My hobby is the triathlon (swim, bike, run). I spend a lot of time training, as I hope to one day compete in a full ironman.

I met my wife, Andrea, back in 1985 while I was stationed in Germany. Just one look was all it took and I knew she was the one. One week after we met, I asked her to marry me and she said yes. Five weeks later we were married.

Andrea and I opened our first Subway Restaurant in August, 1993. In the spring of 2000 we expanded, and today have a five-store, multi-unit operation that is thriving due to our focus on providing strong leadership and improving processes that increase profitability.
By 2004 I had been a student of Personal Development for ten years and had experienced a great deal of success in my own life and business. Born out of a strong desire to share what I learned and help others succeed, I then began coaching clients, in the area of personal development, with an emphasis on Life, Leadership, and Profitability. In 2005 I wrote a book outlining my approach to success called, “Take Charge – Get Results“.

For more than five years now I’ve coached and worked with all types of clients, from individuals who wanted to realize fitness goals, improve their relationships, work on growing their business, increase profits, or improve their leadership skills, to organizations that wanted to improve teamwork, communication, create a new direction, or develop a better strategic plan. I’ve also conducted training and success-workshops for groups ranging in size from 6 to 100 participants.
Now you know a little about me. I invite you to become a member of CoachMorse.com and perhaps I’ll have the opportunity to help you achieve your goals one day soon…
